When you sign up for RTTI’s long-distance
service, you’ll receive the same great service you’ve
come to expect from a local company and from local people
you know here in the community. Our goal is to provide you
with both affordable rates and quality service that meet your
needs. If you have questions about our long-distance plans,
or would like to compare our plans with your current long-distance
carrier, please call us. RTTI welcomes the opportunity to
provide long-distance service to our friends and neighbors.
We also welcome any feedback from you. Remember, we’re

RTTI offers several long-distance plans to choose
from. These plans apply to both our residential and
business customers. Once you’ve reviewed the plans, simply
notify RTTI which plan you want.
RTTI Basic Plan
- No monthly fee.
- Calls are billed in 30-second increments.
- Peak hours are 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Off-peak hours are 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.,
as well as weekends and holidays.

International Calls
• Basic Rate Plan
All international calls are billed in 60-second
increments. Rates to various countries may vary significantly.
Please contact the RTTI office for additional information
about rates.
• Flat Rate Plan
RTTI
charges customers a $3 surcharge each month, and all calls
are priced approximately 15 to 20 percent less than the basic
rate plan. All international calls are billed in 60-second

Universal Service Fee
In
addition, all customer accounts may be assessed a federally
mandated, Universal Service Fee based on their interstate
and international toll usage per month.
Directory Assistance
Directory Assistance charges may vary. International
Directory Assistance is also available.
